Terms and Conditions

Zeroth: Thanks for participating in Vindow L.L.C.'s Dollar Bill Registry Program. We at Vindow L.L.C. would like to express our deepest and most heartfelt welcome to using our site. Now, we know why you are really here! To find out how to get your wish, prayer, blessing, command, demand, order, and/or request made and we will make one serious attempt to fulfill your written petition under the following conditions.

First: The dollar bill can be of any denomination. The valid dollar must be legal United States currency and that bill must be in our database for more than two years and less than four years. We ask that bills be in spending condition; meaning that it is not heavily marked with additional writing and that the entire serial number must be legible and not ripped or torn. Normal wear and tear is to be expected, but we will not honor a defaced bill.

Second: Every time an immature dollar bill is checked against the database the date of the bill is reset to the current day's date.

Third: The owner of the dollar bill must communicate to us how they would like to redeem their dollar in written form. The document must be at most one paragraph with no run-on sentences or at least one word that can be easily looked up in a standard American English dictionary. The owner of the bill must also be willing to have a documentary photograph or video taken for posterity. The previously mentioned written communication and verification media files shall be linked to the calendar and posted on the website for reference material. Once the dollar changes hands, Vindow L.L.C., shall be given a full 24-hour period of time to attempt the completion of the written "Wish", "Prayer", "Blessing", "Command", "Demand", and/or "Request". If the completion time has elapsed or our attempt was deemed unsatisfactory by the individual who is redeeming the dollar. We, Vindow L.L.C, shall reimburse the person for the dollar bill they gave with another dollar bill. The following dollar bill will have a "Benjamin Franklin" on it, this bill is also known as a "one hundred dollars bill" for their trouble. We, Vindow L.L.C., will be given a reasonable amount of time to withdraw the necessary funds from the nearest financial institution capable of completing such a transaction. The time will vary depending on the day of the week, National, and Federal Holidays. Notes available in banks' reserve may affect delivery date. If there are no notes in the Federal Reserve, an IOU will be issued and we will contact the United States Treasury department and have some made in an appropriate quantity to complete our transaction and attempt to prevent future delays in case Vindow L.L.C. does not successfully satisfy our pledge to grant a "Wish", "Prayer", "Blessing", "Command", "Demand", and/or "Request" for a valid dollar bill.

Fourth: An order can be used to prepare for a future wish, prayer, blessing, command, demand, and/or request. It must go through the same process as a regular wish, but there can only be one such order at a time. The scope of the order cannot exceed a single individual's lifetime. A check will be made at least once every day, at maximum once every hour, for a potential valid dollar bill through the appropriate channel of communications. If a valid dollar bill is found it will become current, but after twenty-four hour period of time the focus will shift back to the order. These orders can still be nullified by other valid dollar bills if that dollar bill's owner specifically requests to do so.

Fifth: The dollar bill cannot be used as an attainder or a catch-all, "Bill of Rights" distinguishing any person, people, group, or legal entity from one another. The only exception to this rule is when a valid dollar bill is used for a "Call to Vote".

Sixth: When a "Call for a Vote" is made with a valid dollar bill. This can occur only for a matter of importance like a particular individual's election into high office or position of temporary authority. Once the election concludes there cannot be another "Call to vote" to replace the figure head, unless there is a death, dismemberment within the organization, or term limit expires. The total amount of votes in company elections depends on the number of registered employees of Vindow L.L.C. at the time of the election, all employees are given the chance to vote, the bill for the "Call to Vote" and a poll tax for each employee's vote to be cast must be paid to the current leader of the company for their vote to count. The way in which the company will vote is to be decided at the election, with one day advanced warning to collect and prepare. The first leader of Vindow L.L.C. is Jeri Dean Yzmith. The poll tax of a dollar must be paid in the form of a legal US tendered bill or US coin currency, This currency does not need to be validated by the database. Odd man out does not apply. In the unlikely case, a situation does arise as a result of the "Voting" or "Call to Vote" efforts will be made to either correct said situation or return to a previous state when this was not an issue; otherwise, "FUBAR on the football field".

Seventh: Votes can be bought. Another dollar can be given to any employee once and then their vote is proxied through the individual that paid the employee and that individual represents the employee's singular vote, the individual can payoff as many employees as they have the money to do so; voting on behalf of a specific person does not carry the weight of the entire company or organization. The employee in question has the opportunity to give a "One Hundred Dollars Bills" to the person trying to buy their vote and will regain their voting right for that "Call to Vote".

Eighth: The valid dollar bill cannot be for the same wish, prayer, blessing, command, request, or "Call to Vote" in a four-year period. The owner of a valid dollar bill cannot redeem for a prize more than once in a seven-day period. There are two exceptions if all dollar bills are valid and spent on votes for a current election in progress from a "Call to Vote" or if the request is for a cart full of groceries. Carts must be the standard size of the supermarket chain of their choice. Groceries are all goods and merchandise on the sales floor that can be scanned out of a conventional local supermarket that are not locked up.

Ninth: If a Valid dollar bill exchanges hands and somebody else, who has not made an attempt at a wish, prayer, blessing, command, and/or request in the last seven days comes forward with another valid dollar bill. The newest dollar bill becomes current and the previous dollar is void. We, Vindow L.L.C., will attempt to tell the previous owner that their dollar bill has been voided with documented proof of the event.Voided dollar bills are not worth a "one hundred dollars bill" to the previous owner. Void dollar bills are not allowed to go back into regular circulation and a special process is involved in its reappropriation to the fededral government.

Tenth: We do not work on Holy days or Saturdays. Unless it is to play a game on a living grass field. No animals are allowed on the field, only people are allowed to play on the field during a day of rest. If the wish is to play a game, we prefer Football or Baseball in football's not regularly scheduled season. If the game is Football after the kickoff of an American sanctioned Football game, no Paper Bill can interfere with the progress of the game regardless of the time on the clock or any other circumstance, this includes anyone who thinks they have the Authority to make threats or issue orders. Sanctioned means that first the coaches and referees have agreed on the conditions of the field and any last-minute adjustments to the roster of eligible players. Facilities will be in proper working order before the game starts: these must include a restroom or portapotty, drinking fountains with clean water, and concession stands for the home team. All fans and other spectators are to be searched upon entry and weapons are not allowed, even by security guards or police officers; periodic security sweeps will be done around the event to ensure this remains true. Armed police are allowed to vigilantly patrol the perimeter but cannot be within eyesight of the field. Observers are confined to their seats if in a stadium or a viewing area outside the fenced field; readmittance to the event is subject to change. If a player brings a dangerous weapon such as a blade, knife, needle, scissors, or syringe onto the field, they are to be disarmed and ejected from the game; they must leave the field and sidelines immediately. If they do not comply, they will be taken down with nonlethal force and physically escorted from the stadium. This player is ineligible to return for any future competition and they lose their wife. The team players who are not on the field or leave the designated team area by the sideline are not eligible to rejoin the game in progress. If somebody from the opposite team, who is ineligible, tries to play and is caught on the field after the snap of the ball, the referees whistle the play dead. If the referees do not notice, the coach has the opportunity to throw a challenge flag. The play immediately ends, and the team with the ball is placed at 1st and goal. If the team with the ball is the team with the ineligible player on the field and the ball moves, a penalty of half the distance to the opponent's goal is made against the team. If necessary, a monitor will be used to enforce this policy. If a player leaves the stadium and tries to regain access to the field or sideline, they will be stopped by security personnel and made to watch from the stands. An emergency medical technician (EMT) with necessary surgical equipment must always be onsite to assist in the case of an injury. There must also be at least one squad of cheerleaders on the sideline at all times to control the crowd. Then both teams' captains, coaches, and players will have a final opportunity to make any gentlemanly agreements before they compete and must then abide by the rules on the field to play fair. If the field gets overrun or is incapable of supporting life, the first team's coach to leave loses. Nothing can stop the game after the kickoff except one team winning by unanimous consensus, through victory or forfeit of the opposition. This means that delay of game penalties imposed by the "Zebras," also known as referees, cannot be used as grounds for unsportsmanlike conduct or the ejection of a player from the game. 25 cents in change can be given every quarter as a promissory form of payment for a future outcome. This payment is usually held by the Principal, Dean, President, or NFL commissioner in escrow. This means if you want to see something happen after the game you have to pay for IT!!! If this condition is not met, in most cases, there will be bloodshed or the collapse of the world economic system; However, there is always the hope that God will intervene.

Eleventh: We at Vindow L.L.C. are not responsible for any actions taken by groups or individuals to obtain these Federal Reserve notes. What they do with the dollar bills until they get to us is none of our concern. We, Vindow L.L.C., make every effort to exercise good judgment in our attempts to fulfill the participant's petition, but we will not willingly violate the laws of man and infringe on any inalienable rights set forth in the Constitution of the United States. Federal, State, and Local Laws will be observed within reason. Our goal is to document the successful transfer of currency, exchanging from one hand to another. Vindow L.L.C. and its employees are not responsible for any perceived chains of events. Any events that transpire after a successful or unsuccessful attempt does not leave this company legally or morally responsible for any harm, destruction of property, chaos, or mayhem. Likewise, any laws, executive orders, peace accords, treaties, and/or armistices that result are not because of Vindow L.L.C. or its affiliates. This process is to make the world a better place to live, but we know that everyone's view of progress is different and would like to stress the importance of understanding and cooperation between all Peoples, Nations, and Cultures.

Twelfth: No Order, Wish, Prayer, Blessing, Command, Demand, and/or Request can be made to circumvent the established rules set forth in these terms and conditions.

Finally: These Conditions are not subject to change! After the first successful redemption of a dollar bill, the above terms will be set in stone for all future generations to reference at a later date.
